For the past month, I indeed am not turtleing.Congratulations to my cousin Mindy (this is my cousin) and Ming on their marriage.
The dinner banquet was a blast! For some eye candy, here they are.
This was specially baked on the day it self. Flaky Crust with a super delicious sweet potato center.

Ok, Posting Every dish would kill me. So I'll just post the 1st and last. The above was the starter. The fried mass on the left has shrimps and scallops inside, it is complimented with a mayo+wasabi sauce (its fantastalastic). The middle one is the standard suckling pork skin served on somesort of chinese paistry with a tangy bbq sauce! The last (the right one) would smoked duck complimented with mango. Its doness was medium rare which makes it even more endering.
Lemon grass jelly with a creme cake with a cookie base. I LOVE THIS. Usually i hate creme but this creme was bodied unlike other cremes and has a nice cookie base. Ming made this himself. it contrast perfectly with the lemongrass jelly which makes it super!

I celebrated Lingli's and Joshua's birthday at Harry's.
I could die from drinking their margarita there. It was diabetically (ok, so pun WAS intended, diabolical actually) sweet. Halfway through the drink I switch drinks with Lingli as she could not take the liquor. She ordered a Corkscrew, it was not really awesome but quite blend for a cocktail.
The blues band there was great.
