Jaded Office BORE
I went today to work at this place, lets call this place XX.
6am. I woke up
7am Met Ah Loy
9am Work Start
When work finally started, i was told to get a 10 cartons of water to be given to some exhibitionist.
I then dragged the 10 cartons back to the booth.
=_= However, the booth was not ready yet and thus i sat on the floor waiting for it to be set up
When it was eventually set up, I loaded the cartons in to a drawer.
and guess what I STONED there for like 9 hours.
Except from the occasional toilet breaks my butt was literally glued to the chair. I can only envy those workers with things to do, things to keep them busy (e.g painting booths)
To make matters worst, the air-conditioner was only operating at 50% which equates to my spot being really hot!!!
Time snailed by and after a bazillion-kazillion years it as finally lunch time. Lunch was provided and it was really good. The chicken rice was probably the best i had in a few months and the kindly provided a can of iced milo. Though the meal is simple, but it was really delicious
I called ah loy hourly just to chat for like 2 to 3 min which was the only social thing i did. I did felt like a cavemen all of a sudden and suddenly knew how people who could not speak feel. It was terrible, no matter how great you idea is, how perfect how fantastic, life is meaningless if you do not have anyone to share it with.
Kudos, to people who can't speak, bless them.
Well i continued to stone will work finally ended =)
Went for dinner with Ah loy and Joshua at ugis, and joshua went to get his pants.
Joshua was admiring his dream pants when i suddently told him that it was actually female pants. The whole stop broke out laughing. hahahahaah!
We then went to Daryl's house in which we played blackjack and bluff=)
